पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन अनुभाग-2 ----- संख्या 1725/81-2-2020-29(1)-2020 लखनऊ, 10 दिसम्बर, 2020 ----- अधिसूचना
चॅ ूकि नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि को भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 1927) के अधीन संरक्षित वन के रूप में घोषित किये जाने के लिये प्रस्ताव किया गया है और इसका उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन परीक्षण कर लिया गया है कि उक्त भूमि को संरक्षित वन के रूप में घोषित किये जाने से कोई (cid:7390)क्ति अधिकारों से वंचित न हो ;
अतएव, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल उक्त अनुसूची की भूमि को गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से 25 वर्ष की अवधि के लिये संरक्षित वन घोषित करती हैं और यह भी अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रख्यापित किन्ह(cid:7277) नियमों के अधीन समस्त ऋतुओं में उक्त भूमि पर प्रदत्त समस्त अधिकार और विशेषाधिकार निरन्तर अ(cid:7023)ुा(cid:7003)ण रहेंगे । 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 10 दिसम्बर, 2020 अनुसूची

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1725/LXXXI-2–2020-29(1)-2020, dated December 10, 2020:
No. 1725/LXXXI-2–2020-29(1)-2020
Dated Lucknow, December 10, 2020
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule below has been proposed to be declared as protected forest under Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act no. 16 of 1927), and it has been examined under sub- section (3) of section 29 of the said Act that no rights of any person is being deprived by declaring the said land as protected forest.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso under sub-section (1) of section 29 of the said Act, declares the land in Schedule to be protected forest for the period of 25 years from the date of publication of the Gazette and it is also notified that all right and privileges conferred on the land across all seasons under any rules promulgated by the State Government will continue unabated.
