कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन्‌ 1984) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 3 (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक अधिकारी को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-4 में उल्लिखित कुटुम्ब न्यायालय में अपर प्रधान न्यायाधीश के रूप में अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से नियुक्त करती हैं।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 36/2020/1849/VII- Nyay-2–2020-58G-2001, dated December 11, 2020:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) and rule 3 (b) of the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor, with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officer mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below as the Additional Principal Judge of the Family Court mentioned in Column-4 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of his taking over charge of his respective office.
