अधिसूचना
युद्धाभ्यास और खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (अधिनियम संख्या 5 सन् 1938) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल नीचे अनुसूची मेंं विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र को ऐसा क्षेत्र परिभाषित करती हैं, जिसमें अक्टूबर, 2020 के प्रथम दिवस से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और सितम्बर, 2025 के तीसवें दिवस को समाप्त होने वाली पाँच वर्ष की अवधि में समय-समय पर खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने और तोप दागने का अभ्यास किया जाना प्राधि—त किया जा सकता है।

क्षेत्र का विवरण
उत्तर- लखनऊ-सुल्तानपुर रोड। दक्षिण- ग्राम-मलाक की सीमा से सटे हुये ग्राम-हरिहरपुर के खसरा संख्या 397 से जाने वाली हरिहरपुर पक्के मार्ग (खसरा संख्या 386) से शहीद पथ। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 11 दिसम्बर, 2020 पश्चिम- लखनऊ-उतरेठिया रेलवे लाईन व ग्राम मलाक की पूर्वी सीमा पर स्थित ग्राम हरिहरपुर की गाटा संख्या 397 तक।
:- ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र का स्थल नक्शा, लखनऊ के कलेक्टर के कार्यालय में देखा जा सकताहै।

The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification No.805/III–2020-47-2(6)-93, dated December 11 , 2020 for general information :

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Act no. 5 of 1938), the Governor is pleased to define the area specified in the Schedule below as the area within which for a period of five years commencing from the 1st day of October, 2020 and ending with the 30th day of September, 2025 the carrying out, periodically, of field firing and artillery practice may be authorized.
SCHEDULE
DETAILS OF AREA
North Lucknow-Sultanpur Road.
South Attach with the border of village Malaak, Khasra no. 397 of village Hariharpur through Hariharpur Pucca road (Khasra no. 386) to Shaheed Path.
East To Khasra no. 1165 of village Ahmamau, eastern border of village Sarsawan and from Khasra no. 1165 of village Ahmamau to western point of Shaheed Path to Khasra no. 628 of Hariharpur.
West Lucknow-Uthretia Railway Line and to Gata no. 397 of village Hariharpur situated on the border of village Malaak.
Note :- A site plan of the area specified above may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Lucknow.
