अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित भारत का संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243-थ के खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और अधिसूचना संख्या 6742टी/9-1-46टी(1)/70, दिनांक 25 सितम्बर, 1976 और इस निमित्त जारी अन्य पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का आंशिक उपान्तर करके, राज्यपाल नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को, नगर पंचायत महोली, जिला सीतापुर के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित किये जाने के लिये जिस अधिसूचना को जारी करने का प्रस्ताव करती हैं, उसका निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार समस्त संबंधित की सूचना के लिए और उसके संबंध में आपत्तियाँ और सुझाव आमन्त्रित किये जाने की दृष्टि से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।
2-प्रस्तावित अधिसूचना के संबंध में आपत्तियाँ या सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, सचिव, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन, नगर विकास अनुभाग-1, बापू भवन, लखनऊ को सम्बोधित करके लिखित रूप में प्रेषित की जानी चाहिए। केवल उन्हीं आपत्तियाें और सुझावों पर विचार किया जायेगा जो इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से पन्द्रह दिन के भीतर प्राप्त होंगे।
अधिसूचना का प्रारूप
उत्तर प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243-थ के खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और 2 उतर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 दिसम्बर, 2020 अधिसूचना संख्या-6742टी/9-1-46टी(1)/70, दिनांक 25 सितम्बर, 1976 और इस निमित्त जारी की गयी अन्य पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का आंशिक उपान्तर करके, राज्यपाल संविधान के भाग-9 क के प्रयोजनार्थ नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत महोली, जिला सीतापुर के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित करती हैं।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1774/IX-1-2020-47T.A.-20 dated, December 15, 2020:

The following draft notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the consitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) and in partial modification of notification no. 6742T/IX-1-46T(1)-70, dated September 25, 1976 and other previous notifications issued in this उतर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 दिसम्बर, 2020 3 behalf, for including the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Maholi, district Sitapur is hereby published for the information of all concerned and with a view to inviting objections and suggestions in respect thereof as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act. 2. Objections or suggestions, if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Sachiv, Uttar Pradesh Shasan, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1, Bapu Bhawan, Lucknow. Only such objections and suggestions shall be taken into consideration as are received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
Draft Notification
In exercise of the powers under clause (2) of article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), and in partial modifiction of notification no. 6742T/IX-1-46T(1)-70, dated September 25, 1976 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to include the areas specified in Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Maholi, district Sitapur for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution.
