अधिसूचना
संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश निर्वाचन विभाग सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सेवा नियमावली, 1992 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश निर्वाचन विभाग सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सेवा (तृतीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020
1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश निर्वाचन विभाग सहायक जिला निर्वाचन संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
अधिकारी सेवा (तृतीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कही जायेगी।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी।
नियम 5 का प्रतिस्थापन
2-उत्तर प्रदेश निर्वाचन विभाग सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सेवा नियमावली, 1992 में, जिसे आगे उक्त नियमावली कहा गया है, नीचे स्तम्भ-एक में दिये गये नियम 5 के स्थान पर, स्तम्भ-दो में दिया गया नियम रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-

2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 नवम्बर, 2020 स्तम्भ-एक स्तम्भ-दोरूप से नियुक्त प्रधान सहायकों में से,जिन्होंने भर्ती के वर्ष के प्रथम दिवस को इस रूप में पाँच वर्ष की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो, पदोन्नति द्वारा की जायेगी।
मौलिक रूप से नियुक्त वरिष्ठ लिपिकों और कैशियर-कम-स्टोर क्लर्क में से, जिन्होंने भर्ती के वर्ष के प्रथम दिवस को इस रूप में दस वर्ष की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो, पदोन्नति द्वारा की जायेगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Elections Department, Assistant District Election Officer Service Rules, 1992.
THE UTTAR PRADESH ELECTIONS DEPARTMENT, ASSISTANT DISTRICT ELECTION OFFICER SERVICE (THIRD AMENDMENT) RULES, 2020
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Elections Department, Short title and commencement
Assistant District Election Officer Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Elections Department, Assistant District Election Substitution of rule 5
Officer Service Rules, 1992 hereinafter called the said rules, for rule 5 set out in Column-I below, the rules as set out in column-II shall be substituted, namely :–
