उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश राष्ट्रपति अधिनियम (परिष्कारों सहित पुनः अधिनियमन) अधिनियम, 1974 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन्‌ 1974) द्वारा यथा पुनः अधिनियमित और संशोधित उत्तर प्रदेश नगर योजना और विकास अधिनियम, 1973 (राष्ट्रपति अधिनियम संख्या 11 सन्‌ 1973) की धारा 3 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल समय-समय पर यथा-संशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 1164(1)/सैंतीस-2-76-डी0ए0-76, दिनांक 25 मार्च, 1977 में इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।

संशोधन

पूर्वाक्त अधिसूचना में, "मथुरा-वृन्दावन विकास क्षेत्र" में :-

(क) नगर पंचायत बरसाना एवं नगर पंचायत सौंख (डूंगरा पट्‌टी) की सीमाओं के भीतर आने वाला क्षेत्र सम्मिलित किया जाएगा।(ख) क्रमांक-88 की प्रविष्टि के पश्चात निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ स्तम्भवार बढ़ा दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्‌ :- 518 RPH (Folder Awas) 2020 Data 4e 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 दिसम्बर, 2020 अनुसूची

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 431/VIII-10–20-02Gathan-04, dated December 15, 2020 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 11 of 1973) as re-enacted and amendmed by the Uttar Pradesh President's Act (Re- enactment with modifications) Act, 1974 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1974) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 1164(1)/XXXVII-2–76-D.A.-76, March 25, 1977, as amended from time to time, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazeette.

AMENDMENT

In the aforesaid notification, in the area of the Mathura-Vrindavan Development Area :-

(A) Area falling within the limits of the Nagar Panchayat Barsana and Nagar Panchayat Saunkh (Dungara Patti) Shall be included.

(B) After entry at serial number 88, the following entries shall columnwise be inserted namely :-
