अधिसूचना
चूँकि उत्तर प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है, की धारा 4 की अपेक्षानुसार नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत हरगाँव, जिला सीतापुर के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में जनसामान्य से आपत्तियाँ और सुझाव आमंत्रित किये जाने की दृष्टि से अधिसूचना संख्या 1541/9-1-2019-04टी0ए0-2019, दिनांक 13 नवम्बर, 2019 जारी की गयी थी और तद्दिनांक को गजट में प्रकाशित की गयी थी;
और, चूॅँकि, कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव निर्धारित समय के भीतर प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है;
अतएव, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243-थ के खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और अधिसूचना संख्या 9077/9-1-85-32टी0III-78, दिनांक 3 जनवरी, 1986 और इस निमित्त जारी अन्य पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का आंशिक उपान्तर करके राज्यपाल संविधान के भाग-9 क के प्रयोजनार्थ नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत, हरगाँव, जिला सीतापुर के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित करते हैंः- 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 20 दिसम्बर, 2020 अनुसूची

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no- 2519/IX-1–2020- 04T.A.-2019, dated December 20, 2020:

Dated Lucknow, December 20, 2020
WHEREAS notification no. 1541/IX-1–2019-04T.A.-2019, dated November 13, 2019 was issued and published in the Gazette on the same date with a view to inviting objections and suggestions from general public with respect to the inclusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Hargaon in district Sitapur as required by section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), hereinafter referred to as the said Act;
AND, WHEREAS, no objection or suggestion has been received within the stipulated time;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, and in partial modification of notification no. 9077/9-1-85-32T. III-78, dated January 3, 1986 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf the Governor is pleased to include the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat, Hargaon in district Sitapur, for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution.
