अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1959 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1959) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित भारत का संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243-थ के खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, शासकीय अधिसूचना संख्या 2323/नौ-7–19-05 (प्रयागराज)-2019 दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 2019 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैंः-

उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची-1 मेंः-
पूरब में ग्राम मलावा खुर्द और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ बढ़ा दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्ः-
ग्राम लोदीपुर गाटा सं0-01 से 127 कुल गाटा सं0-127 ग्राम का कुल क्षेत्रफल 39.682 हेक्टेयर 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 30 दिसम्बर, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1481/IX-7–2020- 05(Prayagraj)-2019, dated December 30, 2020 :

IN exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1959), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government notification No. 2323/IX-7– 19- 05(Prayagraj)-2019 dated 31 december, 2019:

In the aforesaid notification, in Schedule-1:-
In east side after village Malawa khurd and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-
Village Lodipur
Gata no. 01 to 127
Total Gata 127, Total Area of Village-39.682 Hectare
