अधिसूचना
चूँॅकि राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 20 सन् 2013) की धारा 40 की उपधारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार जनसामान्य से आपत्तियाँ एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के लिये अधिसूचना संख्या 1747/29-6-2021-115 सा-14, दिनांक 7 अक्टूबर, 2021 प्रकाशित की गयी थी;
और, चूँकि, पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना के अनुसरण में कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है;
अतएव, अब, साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 20 सन् 2013) की धारा 40 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य खाद्य आयोग नियमावली, 2015 को संशोधित करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य खाद्य आयोग (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021
संक्षिप्त नाम 1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य खाद्य आयोग (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली,
और प्रारम्भ 2021 कही जायेगी। (2) यह गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 3 जनवरी, 2022 नियम 3 का 2-उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य खाद्य आयोग नियमावली, 2015 में, नियम 3 में, उपनियम (17) के संशोधन पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उपनियम बढ़ा दिया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः- ''(18) आयोग के अध्यक्ष का पद रिक्त होने अथवा अध्यक्ष या सदस्य के विरूद्ध जाँच संस्थित किये जाने की स्थिति में, राज्य सरकार, अस्थायी व्यवस्था के रूप में आयोग के किसी अन्य सदस्य को आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में अपने कृत्यों और कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के साथ ही साथ आयोग के अध्यक्ष के कृत्यों और कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृत कर सकती है।'' आज्ञा से, वीना कुमारी प्रमुख सचिव।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 04/XXIX-6–2022-115 Sa-2014, dated January 3, 2022:

WHEREAS notification no. 1747/XXIX-6–2021-115 Sa-14, dated October 7, 2021 was published for inviting objections and suggestions from general public as required under sub-section (1) of section 40 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (Act no. 20 of 2013);
AND, WHEREAS, no objection and suggestion has been received in pursuance of the aforesaid notification;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under section 40 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (Act no. 20 of 2013) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh State Food Commission Rules, 2015.
THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE FOOD COMMISSION (SECOND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021
Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Food Commission commencement (Second Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
Amendment
2. In Uttar Pradesh State Food Commission Rules, 2015, in rule 3 after of rule 3
sub-rule (17) the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-
"(18) In the situation of a vacant post of the Chairman of the Commission or an inquiry being instituted against the Chairman or Member, the State Government may, as a temporary arrangement, authorize any other Member of the Commission to discharge the functions and duties of the Chairman of the Commission along with discharging of his functions and duties as the Member of the Commission."
