साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1899) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से अधिसूचना संख्या 12/2020/1245/94-स्टा0नि0- 2-2020-700(19)-2020, दिनांक 12 नवम्बर, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।

उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रस्तर 2 (ख) में, शब्द ''जिला मजिस्ट्रेट'' के पश्चात शब्द '' अथवा जिला मजिस्टे्रट के अनुमोदन से महाप्रबन्धक, जिला उद्योग केन्द्र/उपायुक्त, उद्योग'' बढ़ा दिये जायेंगे। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 7 जनवरी, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 01/2021/1404/94-Sta. ni.-2–2020-700(19)-2020, dated January 7, 2021, for general information:

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, is pleased to make the following amendment in the notification no. 12/2020/1245/94-Sta. ni.-2–2020-700(19)-2020, dated November 12, 2020. from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette:-
AMENDMENT
In para 2 (b) of the said notification, after words "the district magistrate", words" or the General Manager, District Industries Center/Deputy Commissioner Industries with the approval of District Magistrate" shall be inserted.
