प0आ0-79 दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 02, सन्‌ 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद्‌, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा संचालित विषम सेमेस्टर परीक्षा (प्रथम, तृतीय एवं पंचम सेमेस्टर)/बैक पेपर/विशेष बैक पेपर परीक्षा, मार्च, 2021 के समस्त केन्द्रों के अधीक्षकों को, जैसा कि उत्तर प्रदेश प्राविधिक शिक्षा अधिनियम, 1962 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 17, सन्‌ 1962) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ढ़) में परिभाषित है, दिनांक 12 मार्च, 2021 से 27 मार्च, 2021 तक की अवधि के लिये कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट कहलायेंगे, नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें सम्बन्धित केन्द्रों, जिनके वे अधीक्षक हैं, की सीमा के भीतर के क्षेत्रों के लिये कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट की ऐसी सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट को प्रदान की जा सकती हैं।आज्ञा से, तरूण गाबा, सचिव। 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 12 मार्च, 2021 ई0 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1043/VI-P-9-2021- 20(10)(16)/88 T.C., dated March 12, 2021.

In exercise of the power under Section­21 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from March 12, 2021 till March 27, 2021 all the Superintendents of the centres of Odd Semester (First, Third, Fifth Semester)/Back Paper/Special Back Paper Examination March­2021 conducted by Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh as defined in clause (n) of Section­2 of Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Act, 1962 (U.P. Act no. XVII of 1962) as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
