अधिसूचना संख्या 7108/14-2-20(66)-82, दिनांक 22 अगस्त, 1982 (10 दिसम्बर, 1983 के उत्तर प्रदेश गजट में पृष्ठ संख्या 2886 से 2891 पर प्रकाशित) द्वारा ग्राम हिनौती, परगना कंतित, तहसील मीरजापुर, जिला मीरजापुर की 673.349 हे0 भूमि को दिनांक 14 जनवरी, 1984 से भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 की धारा 20 के अन्तर्गत आरक्षित वन घोषित किया गया है। उक्त अधिसूचना दिनांक 22 अगस्त, 1982 के वन सीमाबद्ध तालिका में राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित शुद्धियाँ किये जाने की स्वी—ति प्रदान करती हैं।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 2320/LXXXI-2– 2020-171G-2019, dated January 14, 2021 :

THE land belonging to Village Hinauti, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Mirzapur, District Mirzapur covering an area of 673.349 Hact. has been declared as reserved forest since January 14, 1984 under section 20 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 vide Gazette notification no. 7108/14-2–20(66)-82, dated August 22, 1982 (Published in the Gazette of Uttar Pradesh on page numbers 2886 to 2891). The Governor hereby grants approval for making following corrections in the boundary description of the above Gazette notification dated August 22, 1982.
