विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 162 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री राज्यपाल, विद्युत सुरक्षा निदेशालय के श्री वेद प्रकाश कटियार, सहायक निदेशक को भारतीय विद्युत नियमावली, 1956 के नियम 63 के प्रयोजन के लिए विद्युत निरीक्षक इस प्रतिबन्ध के अधीन नियुक्त करते हैं कि इस प्रकार से नियुक्त अधिकारी, निदेशक, विद्युत सुरक्षा के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में कार्य करेंगे।

IN exercise of power under section 162 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003, the Governor is pleased to appoint Sri Ved Prakash Katiyar, Assistant Director of Electrical Safety Directorate as Electrical Inspector for the purpose of rule 63 of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956 subject to the restriction that the officer so appointed will work under the administrative control of the Director, Electrical Safety.
