अधिसूचना
कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 3 (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद की सहमति से, नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक अधिकारी को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-4 में प्रत्येक के सम्मुख उल्लिखित कुटुम्ब न्यायालयों में प्रधान न्यायाधीश के रूप में अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से नियुक्त करती हैं :-

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) (b) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) and Rule 3 (b), of the Uttar Pradesh Family Court Rules, 1995, the Governor with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officers mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below as the Principal Judge of the Family Courts mentioned against each in column-4 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of their taking over charge of their respective office:-
