एकीकृत माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (अधिनियम संख्या 13 सन्, 2017) की धारा 20 और संघ राज्य क्षेत्र माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (अधिनियम संख्या 14 सन् 2017) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 168क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशाें पर, अधिसूचना सं0 445/ग्यारह-2-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(118)-2020, दिनांक 11 मई, 2020 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रथम पैरा में, खंड (i) के परंतुक में,-
(i) शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ''29 नवंबर, 2020'' के स्थान पर शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ''30 मार्च, 2021'' रख दिये जाएंगे;
(ii) शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ''30 नवंबर, 2020'' के स्थान पर शब्द, अंक और अक्षर ''31 मार्च, 2021'' रख दिये जाएंगे;
2-यह अधिसूचना 01 दिसम्बर, 2020 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जायेगी।

Dated Lucknow, January 20, 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act. No. 13 of 2017), and section 21 of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act. No. 14 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification no. 445/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(118)-2020, dated 11 May, 2020 namely :-
In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in the proviso to clause (i),
(i) for the words, figures and letters "29th day of November, 2020", the words, figures and letters "30th day of March, 2021" shall be substituted.
(ii) for the words, figures and letters "30th day of November, 2020", the words, figures and letters "31st day of March, 2021" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st day of December, 2020.
