साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन्‌ 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित विदेशी मुद्रा संरक्षण और तस्करी निवारण अधिनियम, 1974 (अधिनियम संख्या 52 सन्‌ 1974) की धारा 8 के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके और अधिसूचना संख्या 132/1/3/74-सी0एक्स0-5, दिनांक 23 अगस्त, 2020 को अवक्रमित करते हुए राज्यपाल महोदय, मा0 उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की संस्तुति पर, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ एक परामर्शदात्री परिषद का पुनर्गठन करते हैं, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नवत होंगे :-

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Samuggling Activities Act, 1974 (Act no. 52 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in supersession of Government Notification No. 132/1/3/74-CX-5, dated August 23, 2020, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to reconstitute, for the purposes of the said Act, an Advisory Board consisting of the following persons to be the Chairman and Members there of :-
