अधिसूचना
चूँकि, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 16 के अधीन जारी की गयी अधिसूचना के अनुसार उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद् के सदस्यों के उन स्थानों की पूर्ति के लिए निर्वाचन हो गये है जो कि सदस्यों के कार्यकाल की समाप्ति पर 30 जनवरी, 2021 को अवकाश ग्रहण करने के कारण रिक्त हो गये है;े अतएव, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 74 के अनुसार उक्त निर्वाचनों में उत्तर प्रदेश विधान सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा निम्नलिखित निर्वाचित सदस्यों के नाम सर्वसाधारण के सूचनार्थ एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित किये जाते हैः- सदस्य का नाम

WHEREAS, Elections have been held in pursuance of the notification issued under section 16 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purposes of filling the seats of the members of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council who retired on January 30, 2021 on the expiration of their term.
