अधिसूचना
साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथासंशोधित भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1899) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से अधिसूचना संख्या 07/2020/803/94-स्टा0नि0-2-2020-700(09)-2020, दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रस्तर-2 (ख) में, शब्द ''जिला मजिस्टे्रट'' के पश्चात शब्द ''अथवा जिला मजिस्टे्रट के अनुमोदन से महाप्रबन्धक, जिला उद्योग केन्द्र/उपायुक्त, उद्योग'' रख दिये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in the notification no. 07/2020/803/94-sta.ni.-2-2020-700(09)-2020 dated August 20, 2020 from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette:-
Amendment
In para 2 (b) of the said notification, after words "the District Magistrate", the words "or the General Manager, District Industries Center/ Deputy Commissioner, Industries with the approval of District Magistrate" shall be inserted.
