उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी अधिनियम, 1964 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 25 सन्‌ 1964) की धारा 7-घ की उपधारा (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल अधिसूचना संख्या 4/2020-204- अस्सी-2-2020-100(11)-2020, दिनांक 15 जून, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैंः-

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 7D of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXV of 1964) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Notification No. 04/2020/204/LXXX-2–2020-100(11)-2020, dated June 15, 2020:-

AMENDMENT

In the aforesaid notification, in place of the words "at the rate of two percent ad valorem" the words " at the rate of one percent ad valorem" will be substituted.
