प्रशासनिक सुधार अनुभाग-2 ——— संख्या 114/43-2-2021-15/2(2)-2014 लखनऊ, 5 फरवरी, 2021 ——— अधिसूचना
सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 (अधिनियम संख्या 22 सन् 2005) की धारा 15 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी अधिसूचना संख्या 856/43-2-2005-15/2(2)/2003टी0सी0-04, दिनांक 14 सितम्बर, 2005 द्वारा गठित उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सूचना आयोग में उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन गठित समिति की संस्तुतियों के आधार पर सूचना का अधिकार (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2019 के अनुसार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) के संशोधन के अधीन श्री भवेश कुमार सिंह पुत्र श्री बद्री नारायण सिंह को अपना पदभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से राज्य मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त नियुक्त करती हैं।
2-सूचना का अधिकार (केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग में मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त, सूचना आयुक्तों, राज्य सूचना आयोग में राज्य मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त और राज्य सूचना आयुक्तों की पदावधि, वेतन, भत्तें और सेवा के अन्य निबन्धन और शर्तें) नियम, 2019 के नियम 12 के अनुसार यह नियुक्ति श्री भवेश कुमार सिंह द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण किये जाने के दिनांक से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके द्वारा 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त होने तक के लिये, जो भी पहले हो, होगी।
3-श्री भवेश कुमार सिंह को राज्य मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त के पद पर अनुमन्य वेतन और भत्ते तथा सेवा के अन्य निबन्धन और शर्तें, पूर्वोक्त नियम, 2019 के अध्याय-चार में उल्लिखित नियमों के अधीन अवधारित होंगे।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act no. 22 of 2005), the Governor on the recommendations of the Committee constituted under sub- section (3) of section 15 of the said Act, is pleased to appoint Shri Bhavesh Kumar Singh S/o Shri Badri Narayan Singh as the State Chief Information Commissioner from the date on which he enters upon his office under amendment of sub-section (1) of section 16 of the said Act according to the Right to Imformation (Amendment) Act, 2019 in the Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission constituted vide Notification no. 856/XLIII-2.2005.15/2(2)-2003TC-4, dated September 14, 2005 issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the said Act.
2. In accordance with rule 12 of the Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner, Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission, State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioners in the State Information Commission) Rules, 2019, this appointment shall be for a period of three years from the date on which Shri Bhavesh Kumar Singh assumes charge, or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
3. The salary and allowances and other terms and conditions of service admissible to Shri Bhavesh Kumar Singh on the office of the State Chief Information Commissioner shall be datermined under rules mentioned in Chapter-IV of the aforesaid Rules of 2019.
