दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, विशिष्ट अभिसूचना निदेशालय, उ0प्र0 में तैनात निम्नलिखित पद धारकों को इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से 03 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त करते हैं, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में ज्ञात होंगे और उन्हें ऐसी सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक को प्रदत्त की जा सकती है, जिनका प्रयोग उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य की सीमा के भीतर किया जायेगा :-
1-निदेशक, राजस्व व विशिष्ट अभिसूचना, उ0प्र0।
2-अपर निदेशक, राजस्व व विशिष्ट अभिसूचना, उ0प्र0। 3-अपर निदेशक (विधि), राजस्व व विशिष्ट अभिसूचना, उ0प्र0।
4-समस्त उप निदेशक, राजस्व व विशिष्ट अभिसूचना, उ0प्र0।
आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 11 फरवरी, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 401/VI-P-9–21- 20(10)(1)-84 dated February 11, 2021:

IN exercise of the power under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) the Governor is pleased to appoint for a period of three years, with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following incombents posted in the Directorate of Revenue and Special Intelligence, Uttar Pradesh, as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates and to confer on them all the powers of the executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code of Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of the Uttar Pradesh:–
1. Director, Revenue and special Intelligence, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Adl. Director, Revenue and Special Intelligence, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Adl. Director (Law), Revenue and Special Intelligence, Uttar Pradesh.
4. All Deputy Directors, Revenue and special Intelligence, Uttar Pradesh.
