भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन् 2013) (जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जिला झांसी, तहसील गरौठा के ग्राम नैकेरा में 21.5483 हेक्टेयर, लभेरा में 6.77975 हेक्टेयर, कठर्री में 0.0203 हेक्टेयर कुल 28.34835 हेक्टेयर भूमि की, लोक प्रयोजन अर्थात् उत्तर प्रदेश एक्सप्रेसवेज औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण के माध्यम से डिफेन्स इण्डस्ट्रियल कॉरिडोर परियोजना के द्वितीय चरण में भूमि की अधिसूचना संख्या 68/77-3–21-90एम-20, दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 2021 द्वारा निर्गत की गयी थी।
2-जिलाधिकारी, झांसी के पत्र संख्या 135/8-भू0अ0/(2020-21), दिनांक 4 फरवरी, 2021 द्वारा अवगत कराया गया है कि उक्त अधिसूचना के तहसील गरौठा के नैकेरा ग्राम में रकबा 0.0858 के स्थान पर 0.858 तथा गाटा संख्या 69 के स्थान पर 60 अंकित हो गया है, को एतद्द्वारा संशोधित करते हुए उक्त अधिसूचना दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 2021 के पृष्ठ-2, प्रस्तर-6 की अनुसूची में कालम-6 में अंकित रकबा 0.858 के स्थान पर 0.0858 तथा कालम-5 में अंकित भूखण्ड संख्या-60 के स्थान पर 69 पढ़ा एवं समझा जाए।
उक्त अधिसूचना संख्या 68/77-3–21-90एम-20, दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 2021 इस सीमा तक संशोधित समझी जायेगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 17 फरवरी, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 337/LXXVII-3–2021-90(M)-2020, dated February 17, 2021 :

Notification no. 68/LXXVII-3–21-90M-20, dated January 27, 2021 was issued under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) whereas the Government of Uttar Pradesh is satisfied that a total of 28.34835 Hectares of land is required in the village Naikera 21.5483 Hect., Labhera 6.77975 Hect., Kathri 0.0203 Hect. in Tehsil Garautha, district Jhansi for public purpose, namely second phase of Defence Industrial Corridor Project through Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority.
2. District Magistrate, Jhansi has informed through letter no. 135/8-B.A./(2020-21), dated February 4, 2021 that in the village Nikera of tehsil Garoutha of the said notification, Rakba 0.858 has been written in place of 0.0858 and Plot no. 60 has been written in place of Plot no. 69, which is hereby amended in page-2 of Para-6 in Schedule column-6, Rakaba 0.0858 and column-5, plot no. 69, should be read and understood in place of Rakba 0.858 and Plot no. 60.
The said notification no. 68/LXXVII-3–21-90M-20, dated January 27, 2021 will be deemed to be amended up to this limit.
