उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश लोक तथा निजी सम्पत्ति क्षति वसूली अधिनियम, 2020 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 11 सन् 2020) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) और उत्तर प्रदेश लोक तथा निजी सम्पत्ति क्षति वसूली नियमावली, 2020 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और अधिसूचना संख्या 1728/छः-पु0-9-21-31(75)-2009 टीसी (बी) दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2020 का आंशिक उपान्तरण करके, राज्यपाल पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना द्वारा लखनऊ और मेरठ मण्डलों में पहले से गठित दावा अधिकरण के अतिरिक्त पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम सन् 2020 और तद्धीन बनायी गई नियमावली के अधीन प्राप्त दावा याचिकाओं के निस्तारण हेतु उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में प्रयागराज मण्डल में दावा अधिकरण का गठन करती हैं।
2-कानपुर, लखनऊ, अयोध्या, देवीपाटन, आजमगढ़, गोरखपुर एवं बस्ती मण्डलों की दावा याचिकाएं लखनऊ क्षेत्र के दावा अधिकरण की अधिकारिता के अधीन होंगी; सहारनपुर, मेरठ, मुरादाबाद, बरेली, आगरा एवं अलीगढ़ मण्डलों की दावा याचिकाएं मेरठ क्षेत्र के दावा अधिकरण की अधिकारिता के अधीन होंगी तथा वाराणसी, विंध्याचल धाम, प्रयागराज, चित्रकूट एवं झाँसी मण्डलों की दावा याचिकाएं प्रयागराज क्षेत्र के दावा अधिकरण की अधिकारिता के अधीन होंगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of the section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh recovery of damages to public and private Property Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no. 11 of 2020) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (UP Act no. 1 of 1904) and sub-rule (1) of rule 9 of the Uttar Pradesh recovery of damages to public and private Property Rules, 2020 and in partial modification of notification no. 1728/VI-P-9–21-31(75)-2009TC-(B), dated September 11, 2020, the Governor is pleased to constitute a Claims Tribunal at Prayagraj division in State of Uttar Pradesh for the disposal of the Claims petition received under the aforesaid Act of 2020 and the rules made thereunder in addition to the Claims Tribunal already constituted in Lucknow and Meerut division by the aforesaid notification.
2. The Claim petitions of kanpur, Lucknow, Ayodhya, Devipatan, Azamgarh, Gorakhpur and Basti divisions will be under the jurisdiction of the Claims Tribunal of Lucknow Circle ; the Claim petitions of Saharanpur, Meerut, Moradabad, Bareilly, Agra and Aligarh divisions will be under the jurisdiction of the Claims Tribunal of Meerut Circle and the Claim petitions of Varanasi, Vindhyachal Dham, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot and Jhansi divisions will be under the jurisdiction of the Claims Tribunal of Prayagraj Circle.
