गृह (पुलिस) अनुभाग-6 ———— संख्या 21/2021/132पी/6-पु-6-2021-300(79)-2016 लखनऊ, 25 फरवरी, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना प0आ0-103 साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ध) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में राज्यपाल सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 1533पी/छ-पु-6-2016-300(79)-2016, दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
| (क) | पुलिस थाना पटवाई से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 15 में, अनुसूची के स्तम्भ संख्या 3 और 4 में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां निकाल दी जाये गी, अर्थात्ः- ं | |
| 91. ग्राम मिलक निब्बी सिंह | सदर | |
| (ख) | पुलिस थाना सिविल लाइन से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 में, प्रविष्टि संख्या 96 के पश्चात् अनुसूची के स्तम्भ संख्या 3 और 4 में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां बढा दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्ः- | |

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 1533P/VI-pu-6–2016-300(79)-2016, dated November 30, 2016.
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification :-
| (a) | In serial no. 15 relating to police station Patwai, the following entries in Column nos. 3 and 4 of the Schedule shall be omitted, namely :- | ||
