नागरिक सुरक्षा अनुभाग ------ संख्या 102/83-21-42सीडी-12 लखनऊ, 9 मार्च, 2021 ------ अधिसूचना
नागरिक सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 1968 (अधिनियम संख्या 27 सन् 1968) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, राज्य के जिलों यथा अलीगढ़, अयोध्या, आजमगढ़, बांदा, बस्ती, फर्रूखाबाद, गोण्डा तथा मिर्जापुर के लिए व्यक्तियों के एक निकाय का गठन करती हैं जिसे सम्बन्धित जिलों का नागरिक सुरक्षा कोर कहा जाएगा, और सम्बंधित जिलों के जिला मजिस्टे्रटों को उक्त कोरों का समादेशन करने के लिए नियंत्रक के रूप में नियुक्त करती हैं।
राज्यपाल अग्रतर पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 17 के खण्ड (क) के अधीन निदेश देती हैं कि पूर्वोक्त जिलों के जिला मजिस्टे्रट, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और नागरिक सुरक्षा नियमावली, 1968 के नियम 19 के उपनियम (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Civil Defence Act, 1968 (Act no. 27 of 1968), the Governor is pleased to constitute for the Districts of the State viz- Aligarh, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Banda, Basti, Farrukhabad, Firozabad, Gonda and Mirzapur a body of persons to be called Civil Defence Corps, of the respective Districts and to appoint the District Magistrate of the respective Districts as the Controller to Command the said Corps.
The Governor is further pleased to direct under clause (a) of section 17 of the aforesaid Act that the District Magistrate of the aforesaid districts shall be authorised to exercise the powers under sub- section (1) of section 4 of the aforesaid Act and sub-rule (1) of rule 19 of the Civil defence Rules, 1968.
