दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 02, सन्‌ 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, हाई स्कूल एवं इण्टरमीडिएट की परीक्षाओं के समस्त केन्द्र अधीक्षकों को जैसा कि इण्टरमीडिएट शिक्षा अधिनियम, 1921 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 02, सन्‌ 1921) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (छ) में परिभाषित है, दिनांक 24 अप्रैल, 2021 को प्रारम्भ होने वाली और दिनांक 12 मई, 2021 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि तक के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में ज्ञात होंगे, नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें उस केन्द्र की सीमा के भीतर, जिसके वे अधीक्षक हैं, किये गये अपराधों के सम्बन्ध में उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को प्रदत्त की जा सकने वाली सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं।आज्ञा से, भगवान स्वरूप, सचिव। 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 मार्च, 2021 ई0 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1024/VI-P-9-21- 31(103)/2010 T.C., dated March 15, 2021.

In exercise of the power under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from April 24, 2021 till May 12, 2021 all the Superintendents of the centres of High School and Intermediate Examinations as defined in clause (g) of Section 2 of Intermediate Education Act, 1921 (U. P. Act no. 2 of 1921) as Executive Magistrate, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate in respect of the offences committed within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
