अधिसूचना
चूँकि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 की धारा 14 के अधीन उत्तर प्रदेश शिया सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड के गठन हेतु निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों के लिये सामान्य निर्वाचन उत्तर प्रदेश शिया सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड और उत्तर प्रदेश सुन्नी सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड निर्वाचन का संचालन नियमावली, 1997 के अनुसार कराये जाने का विनिश्चय किया गया है :-
1-श्रेणियों के नाम, जिसके लिये निर्वाचन कराया जाना है-
(क) उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य से शिया समुदाय के दो संसद सदस्य (धारा 14 (1), (ख) (एक) के अधीन);
(ख) उत्तर प्रदेश के शिया समुदाय के दो विधान मण्डल सदस्य (धारा 14 (1), (ख) (दो) के अधीन);
(ग) उत्तर प्रदेश के शिया समुदाय के राज्य बार कौंसिल के दो सदस्य (धारा 14 (1), (ख) (तीन) के अधीन);
(घ) एक लाख रुपये या उससे अधिक आय वाले वक्फ के दो मुतवल्लीगण (धारा 14 (1), (ख) (चार) के अधीन)।
2-अतएव, अब, साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 और उत्तर प्रदेश शिया सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड और उत्तर प्रदेश सुन्नी सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड निर्वाचन संचालन नियमावली, 1997 के नियम 7 के साथ पठित वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 (अधिनियम संख्या 43 सन् 1995) की धारा 14 के उपबंध के अनुसरण में राज्यपाल निदेश देती हैं कि उत्तर प्रदेश शिया सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड के सदस्यों का निर्वाचन, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची के अनुसार निर्वाचन अधिकारी द्वारा किया जायेगा :-

उपर्युक्त समय -सारिणी के अनुसार निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया कार्यालय, उत्तर प्रदेश शिया सेन्ट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड, कक्ष सं0 817 (8वॉ तल) इन्दिरा भवन, लखनऊ में सम्पन्न करायी जायेगी।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 679/LII-2–2021-2(255)-03T.C., dated March 24, 2021 for general information.

WHEREAS it has been decided by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to conduct a general election for the constitution of Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board under section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 for the following categories in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board and Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board Conduct of Election Rules, 1997 :-
1. Names of the categories for which election is to be held-
(a) two Members of Parliament of Shia Community from the State of Uttar Pradesh [Under section 14 (1) (b) (i)];
(b) two Members of Legislature of Shia Community of Uttar Pradesh [Under section 14 (1) (b) (ii)];

(d) Two mutawallies of Waqfs having an income of Rupees one Lac or more [under section 14 (1) (b) (iv)].
2. NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the provision of section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Act no. 43 of 1995) read with rule 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board and the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board Conduct of Election Rules, 1997 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) the Governor is pleased to direct that the election of members of the Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board shall be conducted by Election Officer as per the Schedule given as under:-

According to above time table election procedure will be conducted in the office of Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board, room no. 817 (8th floor) Indira Bhawan, Lucknow.
