साधारण ख(cid:7003)ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1899) की धारा 74 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके , राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश स्टाम्प नियमावली, 1942 को संशोधित करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश स्टाम्प (पचासवाँ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021
1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश स्टाम्प (पचासवाँ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021 कही संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
जायेगी।
(2) यह गजट में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2-उत्तर प्रदेश स्टाम्प नियमावली, 1942 में, नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये नियम 218 के नियम 218 का संशोधन
स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया नियम रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात्:-

सम्बन्ध में राज्य सरकार द्वारा कार्यवाही की
जानी अपेक्षित थी, कोई भी आवेदन पत्र
इस नियम में संशोधन किये जाने या इसके
सरकारी अधिसूचना में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से एक वर्ष की अवधि के पश्चात् स्वीकार नह(cid:7277) किया जायेगा।

IN exercise of the powers under section 74 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the U.P. Stamp Rules, 1942.
THE UTTAR PRADESH STAMP (FIFTIETH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2021
