अधिसूचना

उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 48 के उप नियम (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, अधिसूचना संख्या 428/ग्यारह-2-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1- 2017-आदेश(106)-2020, दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2020, में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रथम पैरा में, दिनांक 01 अप्रैल, 2021 से प्रभावी, शब्द ''एक सौ करोड़ रूपये'' के स्थान पर शब्द ''पचास करोड़ रूपये'' रख दिये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. 428/XI-2-9(47)/ 17- U.P. Act-1-2017-Order- (106)- 2020 Dated April 30th, 2020, namely:-

2. In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2021, for the words "One hundred crore rupees" the words "fifty crore rupees" shall be substituted.
