प0आ0—116 जनपद वाराणसी में श्री काशी विश्वनाथ मन्दिर और ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद परिसर में मजिस्ट्रीरियल ड्यूटी के प्रयोजनार्थ दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जनपद में तैनात निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को दिनांक 26-3-2021 से 25-3-2022 तक की अवधि के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त करते हैं, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में ज्ञात होंगे और उन्हें ऐसी सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को प्रदत्त की जा सकती हैं, जिनका वे वाराणसी नगर सीमा के भीतर ड्यूटी अवधि में प्रयोग कर सकेंगे :-
