अधिसूचना
भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 1927) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल घोषणा करती हैं कि नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि को आरक्षित वन के रूप में गठित करने का विनिश्चय किया गया है।
2-पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (ग) के अधीन राज्यपाल अग्रतर, डिप्टी कलेक्टर, सदर, जिला संत कबीर नगर को पूर्वोक्त वन भूमि के सम्बन्ध में वन बन्दोबस्त अधिकरी के रूप में नियुक्त करती हैं।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 33/LXXXI-2–2021-4(6)-2020, dated April 13, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act no, 16 of 1927), the Governor is pleased to declare that it has been decided to constitute the land mentioned in the Schedule below as a reserved forest.
2. Under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is further pleased to appoint the Deputy Collector, Sadar, District Sant Kabir Nagar as the Forest Settlement Officer with respect to the aforesaid forest land.
