अधिसूचना
कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 26 के उपनियम (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में यथा उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को, नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में दिए गये प्रत्येक नाम के सम्मुख उल्लिखित सम्बन्धित जिलों के कुटुम्ब न्यायालयों में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से तीन वर्ष के लिये परामर्शदाता के रूप में आबद्ध करती हैं।

3-तीन वर्ष की अवधि पूर्ण करने के पश्चात् उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की संस्तुति पर अभ्यर्थियों पर अगले अवधि के लिए विचार किया जा सकता है।
4-आबद्ध व्यक्ति ऐसा पारिश्रमिक प्राप्त करेंगे जैसा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा, समय-समय पर अवधारित किया जाय।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) and sub-rule (1) of rule 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to engage the persons mentioned in Column-3 of Schedule below as Councellor in the Family Courts in the respective districts mentioned against each of the names given in Column-2 of the Schedule below for three years with effect from the date of their taking over charge.

2. The engagement of the persons for the post of Councellor is not appointment in Government Service and they will be attached to the respective Courts on contract basis.
3. After completion of tenure of three years, the candidates may be considered for next tenure on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
4. The engaged persons will receive such remuneration as may be determined by the State Government form time to time.
