आबकारी अनुभाग-2 ———— संख्या 953 ई-2/तेरह-2021-104-2016 लखनऊ, 27 मई, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 31 और समुद्रपार विदेशी मदिरा का उत्तर प्रदेश में आयात नियमावली, 2003 (यथासंशोधित) के नियम 4 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-448 ई-2/तेरह-2019-44-2013 दिनांक 26 मार्च, 2019 का अधिक्रमण करके, राज्यपाल वर्ष 2020-21 या उसके भाग के लिए आयातित समुद्रपार विदेशी मदिरा एवं बीयर की परमिट फीस निम्नवत् नियत करती हैं :-
(1) आयातित समुद्रपार विदेषी मदिरा

IN exercise of the powers under section 31 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910) and rule-4 of the import of overseas foreign liquor in Uttar Pradesh rule 2003 (as amended) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), and in supersession of Government Notification No. 448 E-2/XIII-2019-44-2013 dated March 26, 2019, the Governor is pleased to fix the permit fee of Imported Overseas Foreign liquor and Beer for year 2020-2021 or part thereof as follows :-
(1) Imported Overseas Foreign liquor
| Ex-Custom Bond Price per bottle (750 ml) | Permit fee |
| Rs. 0 to 600 | Rs. 1200.00 per bulk litre |
| Rs. 600 to 1500 | Rs. 1260.00 per bulk litre |
| Above Rs. 1500 | Rs. 1500.00 per bulk litre |
(2) Imported Overseas Beer
| Strength | Permit fee |
| (a) Up to 5% (v/v) Strength | Rs. 170.00 per litre. |
| (b) More than 5% (v/v) Strength and upto 8% (v/v) Strength. | Rs. 170.00 per litre. |
