आबकारी अनुभाग-2 ———— संख्या 952 ई-2/तेरह-2021-44-2013 लखनऊ, 27 मई, 2021 ———— अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 31 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल वर्ष 2021-2022 के लिए समुद्रपार आयातित विदेशी मदिरा एवं बीयर की आयात परमिट फीस एवं उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित कस्टम बाण्ड वेयर हाउस से अन्य राज्यों हेतु निर्यात परिमिट फीस निम्नवत् नियत करती हैंः-
(1) समुद्रपार आयातित विदेशी मदिरा

IN exercise of the powers under section 31 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 ( U.P. Act. no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to fix the import permit fee of Overseas Imported Foreign liquor and Beer and export permit fee for other states from Custom Bond Warehouses situated in Uttar Pradesh for year 2021-2022 as follows:-
(1) Overseas Imported Foreign liquor.
