अधिसूचना

कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन्‌ 1984) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) (ख) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 3 (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, मा0 उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक अधिकारियों को, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में प्रत्येक के सापेक्ष उल्लिखित अपर प्रधान न्यायाधीश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय के रूप में अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से नियुक्त करती हैं।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 14/2021/678/VII- Nyay-2–2021-58G-2001, dated May 28, 2021:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) (b) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) and rule 3(b) of the Uttar Pradesh Family Court Rules, 1995, the Governor with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officers mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule below as the Additional Principal Judge of the Family Court mentioned against each in the Column-2 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of their taking over charge of their respective office.
