अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्, 2017) की धारा 9 की उप धारा (1) और धारा 15 की उप धारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद्् की सिफारिशाें के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना सं0 क0नि0-2-836/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1- 2017-आदेश(06)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(क) अनुसूची एक 2.5% में, क्रम संख्या 259क के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (2) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''9503'' रख दी जायेगी;
(ख) अनुसूची एक के पश्चात्, सूची 1 में, क्रम संख्या 230 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को बढ़ा दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-
''(231). डायथाइलकार्बामाजिन''.
2-यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 2 जून, 2021 से प्रवृत्त होगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI-2-836/XI–9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(06)-2017, dated 30 June, 2017, namely :-
In the said notification,-
(a) in Schedule I-2.5%, against S. No. 259A, for the entry in column (2), the entry "9503" shall be substituted;
(b) after Schedule I, in List 1, after serial number 230 and the entries relating there to, the following shall be inserted, namely-
"(231). Diethylcarbamazine".
2. This notification shall come into force on the 2nd day of June, 2021.
