अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्, 2017) (जिसे आगे ''उक्त अधिनियम'' कहा गया है) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस बात का समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है और परिषद् की सिफारिशाें के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, नीचे सारणी के स्तम्भ (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट मालों जो नीचे सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) की तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट, सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (अधिनियम संख्या 51 सन् 1975) की प्रथम अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट यथास्थिति टैरिफ मद, उपशीर्षक, शीर्षक या अध्याय, के अंतर्गत आते हैं, को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 के अधीन उस पर उद््ग्रहणीय राज्य कर से उस सीमा तक छूट प्रदान करती हैं जितने से की वह पूर्वोक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (4) में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट धनराशि से अधिक होती हो, अर्थात् :-

IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 587/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(182)-2021, dated June 16, 2021 :
No. 587/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(182)-2021 Dated Lucknow, June 16, 2021 IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as "the said Act"), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby exempts the goods specified in column (3) of the Table below, falling underr the tariff item, sub-heading, heading or Chapter as specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), as the case may be, as specified in the corresponding entry in column (2), of the Table below, from the so much of the state tax leviable thereon under section 9 of the उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 16 जून, 2021 3 said Act, as in excess of the amount as specified in corresponding entry in column (4) of the aforesaid Table, namely :-
