राज्य कर अनुभाग-2 ——— संख्या 495/ग्यारह-2-21-9(42)-17-उ0प्र0 जी0एस0टी0 नियम-2017-आदेश(183)-2021 लखनऊ, 19 जून, 2021 ——— अधिसूचना उार प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उार प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 164 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर एतद्द्वारा उार प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 का अग्रतर संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर (पचासवाँ संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021
संक्षिप्त नाम 1-(1) यह नियमावली उार प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर (पचासवां संशोधन) नियमावली,
और प्रारम्भ 2021 कही जायेगी।
नियम 26 का (2) यह नियमावली दिनांक 27 अप्रैल, 2021 से प्रवृत्त होगी। 2-उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 में नियम 26 में उपनियम (1) में,
संशोधन तीसरे परंतुक के पश्चात निम्नलिखित परंतुक बढ़ा दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-
''परंतु यह भी कि कोई रजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्ति, जो कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 18 सन् 2013) के उपबन्धों के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत हो, को दिनांक 27 अप्रैल, 2021 से दिनांक 31 मई, 2021 तक की अवधि के दौरान, धारा 39 के अधीन प्रपत्र जी0एस0टी0आर0-3ख में विवरणी को तथा धारा 37 के अधीन प्रपत्र जी0एस0टी0आर0-1 में जावक पूर्तियों के ब्योरे को प्रस्तुत करने या इलेक्टानिक सत्यापन कोड (ई0 वी0 सी0) के माध्यम से सत्यापित बीजक प्रस्तुत करने की सुविधा का उपयोग किये जाने की भी अनुज्ञा दी जाती है। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 19 जून, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 495/XI-2-21-9(42)-17-U.P. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no.1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely :-

2021
Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fiftieth commencement
Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) These rules shall come into force from 27st April, 2021.
Amendment
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 in rule 26 in of rule 26
sub-rule (1), after the third proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-
"Provided also that a registered person registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act no. 18 of 2013) shall , during the period from the 27th day of April, 2021 to the 31st day of May, 2021, also be allowed to furnish the return under section 39 in FORM GSTR-3B and the details of out ward supplies under section 37 in FORM GSTR-1 or using invoice furnishing facility, verified through electronic verification code (EVC)
