अधिसूचना
महामारी अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 3 सन् 1897) की धारा 2 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश महामारी कोविड-19 विनियमावली, 2020 को संशोधित करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित विनियमावली बनाती हैं।

संक्षिप्त नाम 1-यह विनियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश महामारी कोविड-19 (नवम् संशोधन) विनियमावली,
2021 कही जाएगी।
2-उत्तर प्रदेश महामारी कोविड-19 विनियमावली, 2020 में, नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिए गए विनियम 17 का संशोधन विद्यमान विनियम 17 के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया विनियम रख दिया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

17-यह विनियमावली तत्काल प्रवृत्त होगी 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 30 जून, 2021 स्तम्भ-1 स्तम्भ-2 विद्यमान विनियम एतद्द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित विनियम जाते हैं, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए नहीं दिए जाते हैं, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए विधिमान्य रहेगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred under section 2 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 (Act no. 3 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following regulations with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Disease Covid-19 Regulations, 2020.
THE UTTAR PRADESH EPIDEMIC DISEASE COVID-19 (NINTH AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2021
Short title 1. These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Disease Covid-19 (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
Amendment of
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Disease Covid-19 Regulations, 2020, for regulation 17 existing regulation 17 set out in column-1 below, the regulation as set out in column-2 shall be substituted, namely:-
