उद्घोषणा
उत्तर प्रदेश लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं महामारी रोग नियंंत्रण अधिनियम, 2020 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 17 सन् 2020) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल यह घोषित करते हुए उद्घोषणा जारी करती हैं कि सम्पूर्ण उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य, कोविड-19 से प्रभावित है।
2-यह उद्घोषणा दिनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2021 तक या कोई अग्रतर आदेश जारी किये जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगी।

PROCLAMATION
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Health and Epidemic Diseases Control Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no. 17 of 2020), the Governor is pleased to issue a proclamation declaring that the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh is effected by Covid-19.
2. This proclamation shall continue to be in force till 30th September, 2021 or till issuance of any further order, whichever is prior.
