अधिसूचना
चूँकि, आयुर्वेदिक तथा यूनानी तिब्बी चिकित्सा पद्धति बोर्ड, उत्तर प्रदेश के गठन हेतु यह आवश्यक है कि संयुक्त प्रान्त भारतीय चिकित्सा अधिनियम, 1939 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1939) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (चार) (पांच) एवं (छः) के अधीन निर्वाचित सदस्यों की रिक्ति को भरे जाने के द्वारा सामान्य निर्वाचन कराया जाय;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम (सन् 1939) की धारा 9 और भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद्, उत्तर प्रदेश के निर्वाचन की नियमावली (सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 4057-बी-एक/पाँच-127-47, दिनांक 10 अक्टूबर, 1956 द्वारा प्रकाशित) के नियम 12 के उपनियम (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-401/96-आयुष-1-2021-383/1997, दिनांक 24 मार्च, 2021 का अधिक्रमण करके राज्यपाल, आयुर्वेदिक तथा यूनानी तिब्बी चिकित्सा पद्धति, उत्तर प्रदेश के नये बोर्ड के गठन के प्रयोजनार्थ उत्तर प्रदेश में विधि द्वारा स्थापित विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध प्रत्येक आयुर्वेदिक तथा यूनानी शैक्षिक संस्था के अध्यापकों और उत्तर प्रदेश के रजिस्ट्री—त वैद्यों और हकीमों, जिनके नाम, पूर्वोक्त नियमावली के अधीन दिनांक 24-09-2021 को या इससे पूर्व नीचे सूचीबद्ध सदस्यों का निर्वाचन करने के लिए अन्तिम रूप से तैयार और प्रकाशित निर्वाचक सूची में प्रविष्ट हैं, को आहूत करती हैं :-
(क) उत्तर प्रदेश के आयुर्वेदिक शैक्षिक संस्थाओं के दो सदस्य निर्वाचित किये जाने हैं। 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 27 जुलाई, 2021 (ग) रजिस्ट्री—त वैद्यों द्वारा छः सदस्य निर्वाचित किये जाने हैं। (घ) रजिस्ट्री—त हकीमों द्वारा तीन सदस्य निर्वाचित किये जाने हैं। आज्ञा से, प्रशान्त त्रिवेदी, अपर मुख्य सचिव।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1987/XCVI-Ayush-1–2021-383-1997, dated July 27, 2021:

WHEREAS it is necessary to hold the general election to constitute the Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Systems of Medicine, Uttar Pradesh, by filling the vacancy of elected members under clauses (iv) (v) & (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939 (U.P. Act no. 10 of 1939);
NOW, THEREFORE in exercise of the powers under section 9 of the aforesaid Act and sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Rules for Elections to the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh (published vide Government notification no. 4057-B-I/V-127-47, dated October 10, 1956) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) and in supersession of Government notification no. 401/96-Ayush-1-2021-383/1997 dated 24 March, 2021, the Governor is pleased to call upon the teachers of every Ayurvedic and Unani Educational Institution of Uttar Pradesh affiliated to University established by law in Uttar Pradesh and also the registered Vaids and Hakims of Uttar Pradesh whose names are entered in the list of electorate as finalised and published under the aforesaid rules to elect on or before 24-09-2021 the members listed below, for the purpose of the Constitution of the New Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Systems of Medicine, Uttar Pradesh.
(a) Teachers of Ayurvedic Educational Two Members to be elected.

(b) Teachers of Unani Educational Institutions One Member to be elected.

Six Members to be elected.
