अधिसूचना
एकीकृत माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (अधिनियम संख्या 13 सन् 2017) की धारा 20 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) (जिसे आगे इस अधिसूचना में उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया गया है) की धारा 168क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशाें पर, एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना सं0 496/ग्यारह-2-21-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017- आदेश(186)-2021, दिनांक 28 जून, 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना के, प्रथम पैरा में- (i) खंड (i) में,-
(क) अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''30 मई, 2021'' के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''29 जून, 2021'' रख दिये जायेंगे;
(ख) अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''31 मई, 2021'' के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''30 जून, 2021'' रख दिये जायेंगे। (ii) खंड (i) के परन्तुक में,-
(क) अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''31 मई, 2021'' के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''30 जून, 2021'' 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 4 अगस्त, 2021 (iii) खंड (ii) में,- (क) अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''30 मई, 2021'' के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''29 जून, 2021'' रख दिये जायेंगे; (ख) अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''31 मई, 2021'' के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द ''30 जून, 2021'' रख दिये जायेंगे।
2-यह अधिसूचना 30 मई, 2021 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जायेगी।

-------- IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 705/XI-2-21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(195)-2021, dated August 4, 2021 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act) read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 13 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification no. 496/XI-2–21-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(186)-2021, dated June 28, 2021, namely :-
In the said notification, in the first paragraph –
(i) in clause (i), --
(a) for the figures, letters and words "30th day of May, 2021", the figures, letters and words "29th day of June, 2021" shall be substituted;
(b) for the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 2021", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2021" shall be substituted.
(ii) in proviso to clause (i), --
(a) for the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 2021", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2021" shall be substituted;
(b) for the figures, letters and words "15th day of June, 2021", the figures, letters and words "15th day of July, 2021" shall be substituted.
(iii) in clause (ii), --
(a) for the figures, letters and words "30th day of May, 2021", the figures, letters and words "29th day of June, 2021" shall be substituted;
(b) for the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 2021", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2021" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of May, 2021.
