दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन्‌ 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके, महामहिम श्री राज्यपाल, बुन्देलखण्ड विश्वविद्यालय, झांसी द्वारा संचालित परीक्षाओं के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय (परीक्षा संचालन संबंधी उपबन्ध) अधिनियम, 1965 (उ0प्र0 अधिनियम संख्या 24 सन्‌ 1965) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ग) में यथा परिभाषित समस्त केन्द्रों के अधीक्षकों को दिनांक 24 जुलाई, 2021 से 16 अगस्त, 2021 तक के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट कहलायेंगे, नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें संबंधित केन्द्रों जिनके वे अधीक्षक हैं, की सीमा के भीतर, के क्षेत्रों के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट की ऐसी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट को प्रदान की जा सकती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) His Excellency the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from July 24, 2021 till August 16, 2021, the Superintendent of all Centres of Examination conducted by Bundelkhand University, Jhansi as defined in clause (c) of Section 2 of Uttar Pradesh Universities (Provisions Regarding Conduct of Examination) Act, 1965 (U.P. Act no. XXIV of 1965), as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrates and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrates to be exercised with in the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
