भारत सरकार के उद्योग एवं आंतरिक व्यापार संवर्धन विभाग के निर्देशन में रेग्यूलेटरी कम्प्लायन्स बर्डन को कम करने तथा ईज ऑफ डूईंग बिजनेस को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के ऊर्जा विभाग के अधीन पूर्ववर्ती उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद की कालावधि में निर्गत निम्न 19 (उन्नीस) आदेश/नियम/विनियम, जो वर्तमान में निष्प्रयोज्य और अप्रासंगिक हो चुके हैं, को निरस्त करने की, श्री राज्यपाल, सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं।
