प0आ0—268 साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित डिफेंस ऑफ इण्डिया रूल्स, 1971 के नियम 67 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल अधिसूचना संख्या 4398-आर/8-अनुभाग-5-364-76, दिनांक 9 जुलाई, 1976 द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश (असाधारण) गजट, दिनांक 9 जुलाई, 1976 की अधिसूचना में प्रकाशित यू0पी0 फायर आम्र्स एण्ड एम्यूनीशन (शस्त्र प्रदान किये जाने पर प्रतिबन्ध) आदेश, 1976 को विखण्डित करती हैं, सिवाय उन संदर्भित चीजों के, जो की जा चुकी हों या ऐसे विखण्डन के पूर्व किये जाने हेतु छूट चुकी हों।

IN exercise of the powers under rule 67 of the Defence of India Rules, 1971 read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to rescind the U.P. Firearms and Ammunitions (Restriction on Grant of Licence) Order, 1976 published vide notification U.P. Gazette (Extraordinary), dated July 9, 1976, vide notification no. 4398-R/8-Section-5-364-76, dated July 9, 1976 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
