अधिसूचना/निरस्तीकरण
कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 3 (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल द्वारा उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से कतिपय न्यायिक अधिकारियों को, कुटुम्ब न्यायालयों में प्रधान न्यायधीशों के रूप में न्याय अनुभाग-2 की अधिसूचना संख्या 24/2021/1114/सात-न्याय-2-2021-58जी-2001 दिनांक 13 अगस्त, 2021 द्वारा नियुक्त किया गया था।
अब राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से उक्त अधिसूचना दिनांक 13 अगस्त, 2021 की अनुसूची के क्रमांक-5 पर उल्लिखित श्री अनिल कुमार द्वितीय, अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, लखीमपुर खीरी की प्रधान न्याायाधीश, कुटुम्ब न्यायालय, कुशीनगर स्थान पडरौना के रूप में की गयी उनकी तैनाती को एतदद्वारा निरस्त करती हैं। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 18 अगस्त, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 25/2021/1103/VII- Nyay-2–2021-58G-2001, dated August 18, 2021.

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) (b) of section 4 of the family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984), and Rule 3 (b) of the Uttar Pradesh Family Court Rules, 1995 the Governor, with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, had appointed the Judicial officers as the Principal Judges of the various Family Courts vide Government notification no. 24/2021/1114/VII- Nyay-2–2021-58G-2001, dated August 13, 2021.
2. Now, the Governor, with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad withdraw the name of Sri Anil Kumar- II, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur Kheri for his posting as Principal Judge Family Court Kushinagar at Padrauna mentioned at serial No. 5 Schedule of said notification dated August 13, 2021.
