साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम ,1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित डिफे न्स ऑफ इण्डिया रूल्स , 1971 के नियम 114 के उप- खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके , राज्यपाल अधिसूचना संख्या 16000/29-ई0सी0आई0-58-बीके -71, दिनांक 9 दिसम्बर 1971 द्वारा प्रकाशित उत्तर प्रदेश ब्रिक्स कण्ट्रोल आर्डर, 1971 को विखण्डित करती हैं, सिवाय उन संदभित चीजों के , जो की जा चुकी हों या ऐसे विखण्डन के पूर्व किये जाने हेतु छू ट चुकी हों |

IN exercise of the powers under sub-clause (2) of rule 114 of the Defence of India Rules, 1971, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897(Act no.10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to rescind the Uttar Pradesh Bricks Control Order, 1971 published vide Notification no. 16000/29-E.C.I.-58-BK-71, dated December 9, 1971 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
