प0आ0-313 दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 02, सन्‌ 1974) की धारा­21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा परिषद, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा संचालित प्रवेश परीक्षा के समस्त केन्द्रों के अधीक्षकों को, जैसा कि उत्तर प्रदेश प्राविधिक शिक्षा अधिनियम, 1962 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 17, सन्‌ 1962) की धारा­2 के खण्ड (ढ) में परिभाषित है, दिनांक 31 अगस्त, 2021 से 04 सितम्बर, 2021 तक के लिये कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट कहलायेंगे, नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें सम्बन्धित केन्द्रों, जिनके वे अधीक्षक हैं, की सीमा के भीतर के क्षेत्रों के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट की ऐसी सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट को प्रदान की जा सकती हैं।आज्ञा से, बी0 डी0 पाल्सन, सचिव। 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 2 सितम्बर, 2021 ई0 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3576/VI-P-9-2021, dated September 2, 2021 :

In exercise of the power under section­21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint from the date August 31, 2021 till September 04, 2021 for Superintendents of the Centres of Examinations conducted by Joint Entrance Examination, Uttar Pradesh as defined in clause (n) of Section­2 of Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Act, 1962 (U. P. Act No. XVII of 1962) as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
