—षि विपणन एवं —षि विदेश व्यापार अनुभाग-2 ------ संख्या 7/1664853/अस्सी-2–2021-80-2099-17-2021 लखनऊ, 3 सितम्बर, 2021 ------ अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 58-क के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी अधिनियम, 1964 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 25 सन् 1964) की धारा 7-क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल घोषणा करती हैं कि मकान संख्या के-12 कर्मयोगी एनक्लेव, कमलानगर, जिला आगरा में अवस्थित दिव्य भूमि एग्रीक्रोप प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड द्वारा पट्टा—त नीचे सारणी में ब्यौरेवार रूप में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए खाद्यान्नों, फलों तथा सब्जियों के थोक सौदों के निमित्त, इस शर्त के साथ मण्डी उप-स्थल के रूप में कार्य करेगा कि —षक-विक्रेता से कोई मण्डी शुल्क प्रभारित नहीं किया जाएगा।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7-A of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. 25 of 1964) read with rule 58-A of Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Niyamawali, 1965, the Governor is pleased to declare that the area detailed in the table below leased by Divyabhoomi Agricrop Producer Company Limited located at House no. K-12, Karamyogi Enclave, Kamla Nagar in district Agra, shall function as a market sub-yard for specified wholesale transaction of food grains, fruits and vegetables for a period of three years from the date of publicaiton of this notification in the Gazette, with the condition that no mandi fee shall be charged from the agriculturist-seller.
