—षि विपणन एवं —षि विदेश व्यापार अनुभाग-1 ------ संख्या 01/2021/182/80-1-2021-9-2020 लखनऊ, 8 सितम्बर, 2021 ------ अधिसूचना उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी अधिनियम, 1964 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 25 सन् 1964) की धारा 26-भ के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्य —षि उत्पादन मण्डी परिषद, लखनऊ, राज्य सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी परिषद (अधिकारी और कर्मचारी अधिष्ठान) विनियमावली (संशोधन) 1984 का संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित विनियमावली बनाती हैं।

संक्षिप्त नाम 1-(1) यह विनियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी परिषद (अधिकारी और
और प्रारम्भ कर्मचारी अधिष्ठान) (दसवाँ संशोधन) विनियमावली, 2021 कही जाएगी।
(2) यह गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी।
विनियम 9 (क) 2-उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी परिषद (अधिकारी और कर्मचारी अधिष्ठान) 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 8 सितम्बर, 2021 9(क) मण्डी परिषद के अधिकारियों द्वारा धारित समूह 'क' के समस्त पदों के सेवा संबंधी मामलों में पदच्युति किये जाने, सेवा से हटाये जाने, रैंक में अवनति किये समूह 'क' के पदों के सेवा संबंधी मामलों में विनिश्चय जाने या वेतनमान में कटौती किये जाने तथा संचयी प्रभाव से वेतनवृद्धि रोके जाने
संबंधी दण्ड के सिवाय अन्य समस्त विनिश्चय करने संबंधी प्राधिकार मंडी निदेशक में
प्रत्यायोजित होंगे।

IN exercise of the powers under section 26-x of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. 25 of 1964), the State Agricultural Produce Markets Board, Lucknow with the previous approval of the State Government, makes the following regulations with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Markets Board (Officers and Staff Establishment) Regulations, 1984.
THE UTTAR PRADESH AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS BOARD (OFFICERS AND STAFF ESTABLISHMENT) (TENTH AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2021
Short title and commencement 1. (1) These regulations may be called The Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Markets Board (Officers and Staff Establishment) (Tenth Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in
Gazette.
Insertion of regulation 9A 2. In the Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Markets Board (Officers and Staff Establishment) Regulations, 1984 after regulation 9, the following regulation shall be inserted, namely :-
Decision on service matters of Group 'A' posts
9A Except the punishments of dismissal, removal, reduction in rank or in pay scales and withholding of increments with cumulative effect, the authority for taking all other decisions on service matters of all posts in Group 'A' held by Officers of Mandi Parishad, shall be delegated to the Director of mandies.
